We shall begin will the Classic Fit. Its original model name is called L.12.12, and it’s still popular nowadays. After 1951, Polo shirts began to be more colorful by mixing dyes for a long time. This process makes the colors more vibrant, and thus creates a variety of new colors in order to present the colors that you can see nowadays.

Classic Fit polo shirts are made true-to-size but not too tight. It was first deigned as tennis trainer, so for the convenience to move freely, the waist is not tightened, and the sleeves are loosely attached to the body part.

This polo that the model wears is a size five, and it is the right fit to show off the drapery texture of the fabric. The loose feeling provides the total look a sense of rebellion at the same time a retro style.

This small embossed mesh fabric is developed by LACOSTE. The mesh structure of this woven fabric is great in its permeability, water-absorbability and elasticity. It is said a Large sized polo needs a thread of 20 kilometers.

If you think the Classic Fit fits too loosely without the showing structure of the body, you should probably try the Regular Fit. The Regular Fit is also called “Straight Fit”. As its name indicated, the shape of the model is nearly a straight line without modifies of body shape. So it’s neither too loose as Classic Fit or too tight as Slim Fit. A safe choice.

4.

The division under LACOSTE that collaborates with Supreme, LACOSTE L!VE, is a brand targeting younger consumers. It is going to release a variety of styles like hoodies and jackets. LACOSTE L!VE prices its polo shirts a price lower than its main line.

The signature crocodile logo on the left chest of LACOSTE’s products will be changed in LACOSTE L!VE. For example, there might be an enlarged version or a stamp with the image. All the changes will be interesting and full of creativity.

LACOSTE L!VE will carry Polos that are longer than the ones in its main line. There will be a large slit design on the hem. The front hem will also be longer than the back, creating a slightly trapezoidal shape for the garment visually.
