The store is not so big in size. You will see a wall full of green plants and a very stand out "%" logo as soon as you enter. The store is relatively small that can only accommodate about twenty guests indoor.The store is decorated in a minimalist style, so is their philosophy, which is deeply connected with their founder, Kenneth Shoji’s personal experience.



Only coffee and beverages are sold in the store, no cakes nor snacks. Spanish Latte is their signature; the adding of condensed milk to latte brings more sweetness to the original taste. The single origin Beans are from Costa Rica, with a moderate fragrance and a little acidity.

2.Drops Coffee Studio



Drops has a space of two floors and a small yard, which is much more spacious than some compact coffee shops. The yard is full of green plants that will impress people with its coziness.



Lattes and Flat Whites are the most popular choices. The Flat White has a strong aroma and the beans used are from Costa Rica. Guatemalan beans are used for the Latte, and the sourer kind provides bright acidity with some crispy nutty aroma.





In addition to coffee, the store also sells cakes and other snacks, Earl Tea Mille Crepe Cake and Hokkaido cheesecake are some hottest choices.

3. The Room





If you are into independent magazines, you can find many excellent domestic ones like “SALT”, “LOST”, “Be Water Journal” and “NeoCha”. On the other side of the cabinet there is a row of Polaroid cameras, including many antique models that are no longer sold in the market.

4. RAC Coffee & Bar




Even if the exquisite French Concession is filled with super Instagram-friendly Cafés, you will still be attracted by the industrial exterior design of RAC Coffee & Bar when you walk by. The store incorporates the European “Sip standing up” coffee culture and cut off a space just for coffee takeaways. Other than coffee, organic French wines are also one of the highlights. However, it is their brunch what really makes the place “social media popular”. French Crepes and Egg & Bacon Crepes are well received, also they serve delicious burgers and salads.

5. Fumi Coffee





Designer Alberto Caiola visualizes the scent of coffee, so there is a black wavy look on the storefront and the ceiling of the store. On the other side of the store, different sizes of coffee pots are inlaid in the wall, and it’s another eye-catching design of the café.



Flat White and Kenyan Pour Over are recommended. The Flat Whites’ combination of expresso and milk taste so aromatic and smooth. Kenyan Pour Over will be slightly acidic and goes well with hot summer days.
